What we collect
- Account: your email address, player name and a password (stored only as a hash).
- Online play: Epic Online Services assigns you a player ID and connects players to each other; your IP address is visible to the players and relay servers you connect with during a match.
- Country: the game looks up the country of your IP address to show a flag next to your name.
- Crash reports: when the game hits an error it sends the error message, game version, operating system and your account ID.
- Downloads: the launcher checks your sign-in to download the game; our servers keep standard access logs.
How we use it
Only to run ProKick: to let you sign in, play online, show your player name, deliver updates and fix bugs. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Supabase — accounts, player names and crash reports.
- Epic Games (Epic Online Services) — online sessions, lobbies and matchmaking.
- Cloudflare — game downloads and this website's domain.
- GitHub — hosting of this website and the launcher installer.
- ip-api.com — country lookup for the flag.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Crash reports are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the launcher (tools menu → Delete account); this removes your email, player name and account. You can also contact us to access or correct your data.
Children
ProKick is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
